Shipping. We usually ship within one business day of receipt of order. Most orders received early enough on a weekday often ship the same day, and most orders ship from Washington state. Please allow approximately 3 to 10 business days from shipping date for standard ground delivery, depending on your delivery location. We'll contact you in the case of any back-orders, unusual delays or problems. Shipping charges are calculated for each shipping address. Canadian border and local pick-up arrangements are available for Canadians who wish to pick up their order (please see below).
Local Order Pickup is available for those living nearby or for our Canadian neighbors. Please call or email if you have questions or would like to make arrangements for a local pickup. Orders must be received at least one day in advance of the pickup date. If ordering online please request (in the Comment Box at Checkout) that we contact you to arrange for a local pick-up. We will deduct any calculated shipping charges before processing your order. (Local pick-up applies to in-stock items only.)
Payment options. We accept Mastercard or Visa. Payment may also be made by sending us a check or money order, however orders paid by check may require up to a two week waiting period. If you plan to order by mail, please call first to check on price and availability, and we can also assist with a 'pre-order' by phone ahead of time if you'd like.
Sales Tax. Applicable sales tax will be added to orders shipping within or to Washington state.

About Our Pricing. We try our best to give you the lowest prices possible for the items we offer, and our regular prices are often less than the manufacturer's suggested retail price. If you find another store with a current and comparable print catalog offering an identical item with a regular retail price lower than ours, please ask us if we can match that price.
Promotions/Discounts. Occasionally we may offer a promotional coupon or discount in our advertisements. If items purchased with a coupon or discount code are later returned for a refund, the corresponding coupon/discount dollar amount may be deducted from your refund, depending on the offer and if eligibility has been altered by the return. Our Guarantee/Returns: Your satisfaction is our concern. If you're not happy with an item, you may return it within 30 days of your Invoice date for an exchange credit or a refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. For cloth diapering items, it's always best to try out just one or a small quantity of an item first to make sure it works to your liking before purchasing larger quantities. Manufacturer sealed items such as CD's (Compact Discs) cannot be returned once opened. In some cases, we may extend merchandise credit for acceptable items returned after 30 but less than 90 days from purchase date; please call for pre-approval. For returns, please include your receipt and reason for return. Shipping charges are not refundable unless items have been delivered to you in damaged condition. Package your return securely and insure it for your protection. Please note: Several larger or heavier items are drop-shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse and may have additional return restrictions or require a re-stocking fee. Please inquire for more information about specific manufacturer policies regarding items that are drop-shipped. It will be noted at the bottom of the product page if an item is to be drop-shipped.
